Running .62 miles will push your muscles to the limit. We suggest multiple sessions at one of Ridgway's great gyms and yoga spots or a private with a certified Pilates instructor!

Fuel is key. And carbs are king. We can't think of anything better to get you race ready than a pizza and a beer at Colorado Boy Ridgway.

Walking and running is great for the environment. Want to cross-train? Ridgway offers world class mountain bike trails jsut outside of town!
